What Breed Is This?

This is Griffin, she is 10 months old. I've been wanting to know what breed she is for quite a while now... also, is there anything I can do to to keep her cool during the summer? I always supply fresh, cool water, I give her corn frozen in ice as treats, and I give her plenty of shade, but that's pretty much it. It gets pretty hot here, so any tips would be appreciated.

You're right, definitely Cochin and not Brahma. Didn't even think of Cochin.
