What breed is this???

This is a 6 week old chick, but we are unsure what it could be it doesnt match anything we were supposed to have so I'm stuck for ideas.
Her tail goes up in a fan shape when she is scared otherwise at the moment it is just fluffy I'm assuming because it isn't fully developed yet.

EE maybe , but she definitely looks like a duller version of a black sex link , she's also very pretty !
