I agree cockerel but I can't tell if that's a single comb or not.

The picture is a little fuzzy, but I'm assuming single comb.

OP- maybe a better picture of this bird's comb could change things.

That one is a turken, also known as a naked neck.

I thought it as a pullet due to single yellow comb

@JedJackson -is it just me or does that look a bit like a pea comb? It seems too large this age either way to be a pullet.
