I This is my chicken Harriet. We’ve had her for about 3 years and I’m unsure about her breed. Any ideas?

Definitely a light Brahma. She looks pretty big to me, but it's the roosters of that breed that are really huge.

Definitely. Pea comb, feathered legs, right coloring... hatchery quality brahmas aren't as large as show quality ones.

I love light Brahmas (that's Dumpling in my avatar). My hatchery-quality rooster, Marion, was a full 2 feet tall.
