Me and my family went to rural king and found this rooster. We're all really concerned about what it is

He's a hatchery hybrid. Maybe Sapphire Gem.

I’m not really sure... looks almost like an orp but wrong legs.

I agree, probably Sapphire Gem or similar. I can't think of any other blue barred breed
