What breed is this?

They always have bluish ear lobe
Even when they are that young? That's quite interesting.

I had been ignoring earlobe color because of the age of the chicks. For breeds with white or red earlobes, it is common for them to look alike while young, and only show the correct color as they get older. But if Groninger Meeuwen show a bluish earlobe from that young an age, then I agree those chicks are not that breed.

Yeh, the bluish earlobe starts becoming apparent from 9 weeks. In the attached picture is Silver Groninger Bantam, 9 weeks old, sieging the fridge.

They only have 3 varieties - Gold, Silver and Citroën, I have all of them, including bantam.

OP had said the chicks were 4 weeks old, so I thought it was too early for earlobe color to show yet.

Yours is beautiful!

Ooo, nice!

Yes, in bantam it take 8-9 weeks but in normal version, it is apparent from 4 weeks. Bantam started crowing when he was 5 week, earlier than the bigger version.
