What breed is this?

My sister's friend has some chickens she's trying to give away and we were thinking about taking one of two, but I wanted to make sure they weren't aggressive (we have for birds already and I don't want them to fight) and that they would be good layers since we are only looking to add egg layers right now. If someone could tell me what breed this is I would be grateful. If you would like to add what you know about this breed I would appreciate that as well, but I'm also willing to put in the work looking it up if I need to. Thank you all!

It looks as if it might be an Easter Egger. I also think that may be a cockerel.

Not sure on breed, but that’s a cockerel

Looks like a mixed breed cockerel.

You will have bickering and some fighting when introducing any new chicken to an existing flock. Breed doesn't matter.
