I agree, silkie mix.
Looks a lot like my silkie/Polish cross actually when she was a chick.
She has 4 toes on one foot and 5 on the other.

It looks like a polish.

I just want to correct myself here. I did not see the feathered feet yesterday, but I looked closer now, and there are definitely some feathers. So I'm going to agree, and say silkie mix.
