Hi I was wondering what breed this is I can not figure it out.

It is a bantam I know that I got a cackle hatchery assorted BANTAMS

I'm thinking White Old English Game Bantam, but the leg color looks a bit off, but that could just be the lighting.

Can you get a better picture of the leg color?

They're greyish.

Maybe an Easter Egger Bantam if they carry those?
