What breed is this?

We received this hen about a year ago and they said it was a Cochin but I don’t think it’s that. She’s smaller than a silkie as well. Any help is appreciated.

I just looked up her appearance and you think she could also be a black booted bantam?

Conformation seems to be off for that, but it is a possibility.
