He looks quite young. I’d hazard a rough guess somewhere around 2 or 3 months? He’s very pretty though! You definitely scored a handsome fella.Update: I think he is a cockerel. I checked the tail feathers and there long and thin. His wattle and comb have also gotten fairly red. His spurs have also started developing, I know hens get spurs aswell. But usually not this early. His feet look large but there's no other chickens at his age to base him off so might not be definitely.
The farmer I got him off had some brahmas so he could definitely be a brahma cross. Any guesses on his age.

Here's some better photos of him now. He's still missing some feathers but definitely growing moreI think he/she’s definitely a Brahma mix. I’m not convinced he’s a cockerel, as in the new photos his feathers don’t look as dark and shiny. He’s definitely a bit scruffy and possibly malnourished, as his comb doesn’t look good and he’s missing quite a few feathers. It’ll be easier to tell once he gets those new feathers in and has some good food to fatten him up a bit.![]()
