Looks like a Red Star, Golden Comet, or Cinnamon Queen pullet. These are all red production breeds, mainly used for laying large, brown eggs. All of these names are for the same breed. I call ours Red Stars.
Males are creamy white with brown on their wings, females are completely brown colored, often with white on their wings/tails.
My daughter had been stalking TSC for a week or more waiting for new chicks. I was wanting Buff Orpingtons, TSC only knew that they had a bin of pullets and a bin of straight runs. Told me I could check the chart back by the bathrooms. Do you know how many fluffy little yellow chicks there are? I wanted to wait and go somewhere that they could tell me what they had, but Faith won and we came home with 2 mystery chicks. She also won at the next place we went that didn't have BO but had BPR, so we have 2 of them as well. Someday I will get my BOs.
