Total guess, Golden laced wyandotte Brahma mix.

Well clearly it is Golden laced but the feather feet throw me off. It doesn't look puffy enough to be a Cochin.

It's a golden-laced cochin. Search golden laced cochin and you'll see a pic of the one you have shown.

I'm not sure it's a cochin, the tail feathers looks more brahma not cochin

That is definitly a Golden Laced Cochin, they are still a work in progress so they do not have very good type(puffyness), along with all other hatchery Cochins.
