What breed is this

I know she is a hen because she is about 2 yrs old and lays. She is white with some light black spots on her back. Her eyes are red and she has dark grey feet. They are my neighbors and he hasn't got a clue.

Does anyone know what kind of rooster this is? He is my neighbors too. He clipped his wings and didn't do a good job of it. You can see the light feathers underneath. Not sure on his age but he is very slim. He is also a very good rooster.

I looked at some pics of Splash Andalusians and she might be a mix not sure. She doesn't have any grey on her head and only a few spots on her back. She does look more like them then any other chicken pics I have looked at. I thought the rooster was a Welsummer but maybe he is a game rooster.
