I'm leaning towards a orpington hen. if it is an orpington, she would have a much larger comb if it was a rooster, now if it's a cochin mix, then I would go with a male =)

I agree. The wattles are very big for that age. The friendliness is even more indicative to me that it is a male. Males are always more friendly in my experience. At least until the girls start to lay
