Top looks like a Cochin crossed with a Belgian Bearded, or a Faverolles, or an Easter Egger...

If the bottom has feathered legs and feet, she is a black Cochin.

Bottom one could be a Black Australorp bantam. I agree with juliechick that they're probably both mixed.
