what breed is this?

This goose was sold to me as a white Chinese but its 4 months old with no sign of a knob the grey on its back is wird too

I would also like some info on why this ones back is like this and if this one is a Chinese goose

Looks like possible a Embden or Pilgrim goose and a Toulouse. The wings can be heavy when their young so they will often have them hanging down.
