What breed is this?

I purchased this little chicken at a local poultry auction, I believe it is a bantam hen Does anyone know what breed it is and if it is a hen or a rooster. I want to be sure it's a hen before I turn it out with the rest of my flock. Thanks!

Look like a rooster to me, especially since it seem his sattle feathers are long

Looks like a rooster due to the saddle and hackle feathers. As for breed, maybe a light brahma cross? Just a guess due to colour and feathered legs.

A mix, maybe with some Porclain d'uccle or Light Brahma.
