What breed is this?

We need a better pic to identify breed, profile shots including legs and head.
From what I can see, it's a straight combed, poorly laced silver laced wyandotte cockerel. Or a mixed breed.

Thank you! I will post better pics tomorrow! He almost looks silver penciled in the neck area. ( I am very new. Lol )
