What breed is this?

Thank you everyone! I thought it was a rooster based upon its behavior. We are new to having chickens and we didn't really want a rooster. We have 18 hens. I am surprised they would send us a rooster when we ordered 18 hens. He is definitely a pretty one but I think he is going to have to go. Very aggressive.

You're welcome. Most hatcheries only guarantee 90 % on sexed chicks. Whenever I order chicks, I always order pullets in batches of 25, and I almost always get 1 or 2 roosters in the order.
