Looks like a mixed breed to me.

Only breed I know of with a comb like that is the Chanteclers, but his color is off. Could be a mix.

Where did he come from? Have a picture of his full body? Twentse or Kraienkoppe and Malay have similar combs.

I believe you can essentially create a comb like that from breeding rose and pea combs. So maybe a Wyandotte mix?

a man down the allotment gave him to me id never seen that comb before do you think he will cross well with a white leghorn
