What breed isn't this? Cockerel/Pullet?

Hello y'all! We found this baby chick roaming our neighborhood. Does anyone know what breed it is and is it a cockerel or pullet? Also estimate of egg??? Thanks

Looks like a red sexlink pullet. Looks to be about 6 weeks old. Red sexlinks are prolific layers of large brown eggs. They typically start laying between 16 and 22 weeks of age.

Thank you! We have red sex links and black sex links..... a few months ago we couldn't find eggs for 2 weeks.... I'm wondering if it's one of the random eggs that went missing and hatched? (Our red sex links are hens and have a black sex link rooster)
