what breed matures fastest?

What breed matures quicker than other breeds? I'm not talking about chickens that grow faster(like Cornish cross, freedom ranger, etc.) I would like roosters that crows earlier and hens that lay earlier. Is it a breed thing or is each individual different?

It's going to be more of a strain type thing than a breed trait.

Your hatchery, production bred birds are going to mature faster overall than your heritage bred, show quality birds.

Faster maturing birds are going to be sex links, production reds, some hatchery Rocks, Leghorns, probably any of the hybrid layers.
