I think it's possible.
I think it does account for most of the genetic features we can see:
--single comb, no crest: she, and Mille Fleur d'Uccle, and Dutch all have single combs, and no crest on the head.
--muff/beard: Mille Fleur d'Uccle has a beard, Dutch has no beard, she has a small beard.
--feathered feet: Mille Fleur d'Uccle has feathered feet, Dutch has clean feet, she has lightly feathered feet.
--dark feet: Dutch have dark feet, she has dark feet, a hen inherits that sex-linked gene only from her father.
--color: If you remove the mottling from a Mille Fleur, you get a color about like what she shows; and Dutch come in so many colors there's probably several that could have produced a daughter like this.
