Can anyone tell me what breed of bantams these are

Do they have feathered legs? Beards? Ear muffs?
If they have all three of those or any of those, they look like Mille Fleurs/Mille Fleur mixes.

They don't have feather feet, beard. What do ear muffs look like

Their kinda like fluffy things that come out from the sides of their faces.
