What breed of chicken is this?

Hello!
My husband and I bought a new batch of chicks about 10 weeks ago. We have one chick that we are unable to identify.
We originally thought that this chick might be a rhode island red, but we realized that it has cheek tuffs instead of waddles. It does not have green feet.
Help please?

Soo... my post isn't showing up, and I don't know how to delete this thread.
