What breed of chicken is this?

My guess would be a mix. Could be an Australorp mix, but body type looks wrong to be a pure Australorp.

I think that is the best I can do with getting a picture of her comb because her comb is real little. From looking at the australorps online they all look like they have big combs. We actually rescued this chicken from someone who said that the chicken was living in a tree for 3 weeks and was getting concerned because of the real cold weather so my husband helped capture her. She seems to be doing real well with our rooster, just real curious as to her breed.

If its pea combing type, she could ve Australorp/Cayuga (X2,im not smart, but Itts possible I guess....)

Thank you, what does x2 in brackets mean? I just looked up cayuga and didn't realize that is a duck, wow so it could be part duck? Thanks for your help

No, it's not mixed with duck. I don't believe there is a breed of chicken called Cayuga (there are cases where a duck and chicken breed have the same name, like Ancona).

If she was living in a tree for that long and is still alive, she is probably a game or game mix.
