What breed of mixed chickens are these?

Ask your feed stor too. They may be able to order it, if they don't already stock it.

I will have to go all the way down to adelaide I bought the chooks from our local fodder and I'm not happy

about the state they are in not going back in there until I kinda calm down lol

Easter Egger or cross. definitely a hen! If she is a true easter egger she should lay blue and green eggs,

You are thinking of Ameracauna chickens, not Easter Eggers. Easter eggers just means that they are mixed and have some blue SOMEWHERE in their line. They can lay brown, white, pink, green, cream, blue, and any shade in between if they are just EE's.

never seen different coloured eggs other than brown and white. My 30 week old isa Browns are still not laying one of them squats down when I try and pick her up. Scratching my head here as to why they haven't laid a single egg

Apparently we can't get ameraucana breed down this neck of the woods. Araucanas are available but so very expensive. Black copper marans aren't available either. Don't really know what mix this EE is but either ways still love em

I think a cream legbar lays blue eggs as well

Yes I understand, i have Easter Eggers. I was not implying that they only lay blue and green. Mine do lay brown but also blues and greens and light pinks!!

If they are squating then the first egg should be just around the corner.

I've decided to perhaps change the nesting box with a different material maybe that might encourage the girls to lay

Do EE s lay only the one color egg per pullet or one is capable of laying different colors?
