Well, they don't look exactly like my white Leghorns. The tails don't look alike and the feathers seem to look more like Silkies. Maybe a cross between the two. Where did you get them from?

I got them from Baffoni's Poultry farm in Johnston, RI. I asked what breed they were and he said I don't know maybe white, specled, or rocky. He said it really quick and all at once so I wasn't sure.

But rocks lay brown eggs. Sounds like they might be a barnyard mix of whatever the seller had.

There are so many different chickens and abbreviations for the breeds.............it can make a person's head spin

They are not Plymouth white rocks I am a PWR breeder they lay large brown eggs. Also who ever suggested cornish definatly incorrect as if you look at my avatar I also breed white cornish, that also lay brown eggs. what you have there is Probably hatchery stock White leghorn's
