What breed of rooster is this?

We rescued what we thought was a chicken and it turned into this beautiful but sassy rooster. Anyone know what kind is is? Thank you

Looks similar to a Black Sex Link roo, but could also just be a mutt.

Mixed breed. Black sex link rosters look real similar to barred rock roosters.

Looks like he might be a hatchery quality Delaware.

Looks like he might be a hatchery quality Delaware.

If he is, he's extremely poor quality with that heavy neck barring and those black patches across his body. If he was sold as a Delaware this would be one of those cases where the question could be asked, "at what point does a chicken breed stop being that breed?" )
