What breed of rooster is this?

I'm trying to figure out what breed this is. It was from one of those surprise rooster packages from a hatchery. The muff and beard is puzzling me. I have a white ameracuana rooster, but they look nothing alike. I was thinking maybe it's just a white EE, but really have no idea.

It was either meyer or mcmurray, I can't remember.

Most likely some type of Easter egger such as Whiting true green or Whiting true blue.
