What breed of Rooster is this??

Not a Dutch-doesn't have white ear;lobes.
With that tail there has to be Phoenix involved.

Yes, the earlobes are supposed to be pure white, but that's not always the case. Could be why it was for sale and not being shown.

I think not Old English because of the semi white lobes and slate legs.

Size could help determine... wouldn't a Dutch be considerably smaller than a Phoenix?
