What breed of rooster is this??

I bought some chickens from this guy and told me that the he said they were orphlington but he didn't know what the rooster was.
He is black with some purple and green tinted feathers, he has feathered feet and is pretty tall for a rooster! He almost comes up to my knee!

With feathered feet first two guesses would be Langshan and Marans, what does he look like standing up?
