yup, toms will set too, and you can acctually induce setting by confining them on a nest for a couple of days only letting them out to eat/drink for half an hour a day.

Just wondering how old is it? I know nothing about turkey's but the DH does. I just wanted to ask his opinion. He used to do lots of work with them.
