What Breed (or Gender) is this Chick?

The title is fairly self-explanatory.
We were told that it was a Bantam of some sort but are unsure whether it is an Ancona.

Is it indeed a bantam? What hatchery was it from? If it's a bantam, I wouldn't automatically assume Bantam Ancona... those are decently uncommon
