What Breed or Gender is this?

hatched some chicks in May, in my classroom and kept 2 and 1 mystery chick. The egg was so tiny and the new babe looked like a tiny sparrow. It's not friendly and very skittish. I have cut his wings back because he got out of the run flew up to the garage roof and then all the way to the front of the house and landed on top of our car. He or she has a long tail which helps with his aviator skills! It does not make a clucking sound but a whistle. When it comes to treats the silkie is more aggressive at getting the treats.
Thanks a million! I have had a few people give me feedback that it may be a pheasant. They did hatch a few days later than the chicks..I think probably 22-23 days instead of 21.

That's a Pheasant if you didn't know. Looks like a hen (but I'm not a Pheasant expert). Pheasants are usually skittish because they are very close to wild pheasants.
