What Breed or Gender is This?

I have 4 of these ladies. They lay dark brown eggs. I have no idea what they are. Need help please. Also here is a pic of the rooster that goes with them. Bought them 4 yrs ago from tractor supply.

They look like possible mixed breeds to me. What color legs do they have? If the legs are white, they may be Silver Sussex. However, Sussex usually lay light brown eggs/cream colored eggs, not dark brown ones.
