I *think* I am seeing a glimpse of yellow legs/feet - is that correct? Are the legs clean or feathered? Could you possibly get a picture of the bird in a natural, standing position and a nice clear shot of the head from the front showing the comb/area the comb will develop?

Looks like some kind of game breed that has a single comb, so maybe American game? I would say rooster as that comb is starting to come in and it's quite red.
