I’m guessing he’s a silver Sebright x silver duckwing but what is confusing me is there’s another one that looks exactly like him. Not sure how often that specific pairing makes such similar offspring.

If you cross two pure breeds, and hatch multiple eggs, yes you are likely to get chicks that look quite similar to each other.
