What breed or mix?

She died recently at 13yrs old. Was bought as a chick from a pet store (not by me). Until I got a rooster she "crowed" daily but also lay eggs. Never went broody. Was standard size not bantam and comb completely covered one eye. Would love to know what she was made up of. Thanks for any guesses

I'm betting that she laid white eggs. Looks some sort of leghorn, minorca or some such cross.

Yes white eggs, do the breeds you mention have rears ends that slope down?

Ive never seen another one like her but I am going to go & look at those breeds you mentioned.

WOW. Not that I am a breeder or shower but I had never heard of them in Aust, Im sure they must be. They definately look REALLY close to her. I just cant understand the slopy back. We had her from few days so I do not think it was an injury? THANK YOU
