What Breed? Please Help Identify

So I got six chicks born on 1/26/23. I was told they are australorp/ EE mix, but they are HUGE. Is this normal, or are they a completely different breed??

Where did you get them from?

They look normal size to me. If you got the as EE/Lorp mixes, then that's probably what they are.

Where did you get them from?

I got them from a friend on a Facebook group. I guess I’m used to smaller chicks due to me having silkies and game hens. Thank you guys!

They look like they could be /hat cross. Unfortunately EEs are so variable it can be hard to tell sometimes, amd I've never had an australorp so I'm not any help there

Perfectly normal. Australorps are not large compared to other dual-purpose breeds, but they grow and mature quite rapidly.
