What breed please? They are bantam and roosters

Popcorn is my big fluffy ball lol. He was in a bin with other white chickens. The lady told me that him and cupcake are meatbird. But we both think cochin right. Should I worry at all?
Cochins can be eaten as they're a dual purpose breed, but they can live long, healthy lives with no troubles. There's nothing to worry about with him. He'll be a nice addition to your flock if you wanted to keep him. (Some people keep Cochins as pets.)

Here is Cupcake.

I am keeping this pair. I think they are bantam and are done growing. I think. Although I wanted a standard cochin. Maybe in a few years.

Or it could be a White Faced Black Spanish bantam. Last time I looked, one of the big hatcheries was offering them. I haven't seen Black Minorca bantams listed anywhere recently, but that may say more about me than about what kinds of chickens are available
Thank you.
I am looking to rehome them.

How abt this one? Is she a chicken? No joking, but she's so tiny. Her name is Bitsy.
