I'm new to BYC's and new to owning chickens.
I have four regular hens which are excellent layers. I live in a Portugal and off to market I went and came back with a pair, the seller did tell me the breed but as I don't speak the language, I didn't understand. They are a small breed so bantams I presume.
Anyway as yet she hasn't laid but he is attempting to be king of his roost and more...I've had them about seven weeks, they were young when I bought them but not chicks and have matured in that time.
I don't think they are anything fancy but I liked the fact that were different to the norm.
Can you tell the breed from my profile picture or do you need more, thanks loads.
