Do you know what breed is this chicken? She's black bantam size with feathered legs.

she is not buff, pekin are mostly buff

Ive seen a couple black ones, but your right that's probably not it. She may just be a mixed breed... Where did you get her from?

I got her from someone along with others. I did not ask him what she is. This is the only black chicken that he had.

Most likely a silkie cross. Could possibly be an ayam cemani cross.
