She/he means that they don't only lay blue and green. EE's are mutts and can come anything under the sun.. As well as lay it. So i agree it is probably a EE..

I'm pretty sure the OP is from Lithuania (Near Estonia, Russia etc.) so I doubt she is an EE (Yes, I know EE's are mutts) . Maybe they have some different breeds over there, who knows.
