looks like a cross, and i cant tell gender, and yes they can say outside overnight, i put mine outside for good at 4-4.5 weeks old, so you are fine.

brown looks like a polish mix and the other an oegb mix. i put mine outside at 2 days old it's hot and it does them good to be outside

Yes, they are old enough to be outside. But, I wouldn't trust that pen to be predator proof. They are mixed breeds. The brown one is a pullet, the other one I didn't get a very good look at but I am thinking it is a young cockerel.

yes they need a lot more room than what they have. the fighting and chasing maybe linked to not having enough space for the 2 birds to be living in
