What breed will I end up with?

Hello, I am new to the forum, I adopted a free Rooster, now my eggs are fertile!! I made a home made incubator, and set 24 eggs 7 days ago. My original chickens I bought from TSC last spring, they have been great egg layers, but of the 12 I raised, I only have 4 of the original remaining due to Black Bears and Fisher Cats. I then adopted 6 Hens and a free Roo came with the hens. I don't know what breed the rooster is or the majority of the hens. Any input will help. I hope the eggs that I am hatching will end up to be good egg producers.

If you're asking what your various chicks WILL be, what the result will be of these various match-ups, the answer is they will be chickens and likely very good laying chickens.

They will be mixes, not any breed. You'll enjoy them and that's what counts.

I agree the hens you hatch should be good layers. What do you plan to do with the (up to a dozen) roosters you hatch?
