What breed would you think this is

We were told its a hen. Picked it up last night. Looks similar to our lite Brahma chickens. But has a lot of buff coloring. And more black in tail. Also her tail seems to stand straight up. No feathered feet
What do you think? Less than a year old. Havent seen any eggs yet.

We have only had this chicken since 10pm last night. Wont really stand near me without running away. But i tried.

It is a better pic, but I'm still not expert enough to identify it by gender. I was hoping I could, but I'm still too new at this. I'll learn from what others say.
