I would like good feathered Lavender Dutch bantams or,Lavender/Isabela Leghorns and Buff Rosecomb bantams. In largefowl Leghorns or Minorcas with the big white earlobes, any color variety.I agree something Chocolate would be nice.Just to introduce these genes (good feathering Lavender,Chocolate, and big white earlobes) .Otherwise without imports we will have to keep working with what we have or wait for mutations.

Do you remember who that was? I'm curious to see them...

Was it this guy? Because the link he posted is kinda hard to search through, but I found a GORGEOUS Houdan roo. His comb was huge, and I don't know the standard for that, but his body was amaaazing.

For a moment I was going to say we already have Silver Appleyards and Coronation Sussex, then read your location. . . ah.

Wonder how hard it is though - I mean, you're just a borderline away instead of an ocean (and for us West Coast people, a whole country AND an ocean)

You should still be able to go across the U.S. and Canadian border with birds. The APA and ABA have shows in Canada..

ahh i am , but we still need the paper work to import , there has been a lot of talk about a few peeps wanting them up.
And yes we have silver appleyards ( along with 2 project colours appleyards) but do not have many strains , one of them is hollanders (sp?) and i am avdoing that strain at all cost. i fear i may lose a lot if i breed my silvers with that strain.
