What Breed?

This chick was supposed to be Crested but with feathered feet? Any idea? Mix?

Looks like a sultan. Definetly has the feather piling on the top of her head indicative of a crested bird. With the feather feet and the not-purple face, I would say Sultan.

 

[Gray Farms]

White skin, feather feet, crested = Sultan. The vulture hocks are the dead give away.
